Greystones has been named a 2027 Elev8 GovCon Honoree for the second consecutive year. This recognition is more than a milestone. It reflects the values we strive to bring to our work every day: innovation, strong partnerships, investment in our people, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
So, what is Elev8 GovCon?
Elev8 GovCon recognizes government contractors that demonstrate excellence beyond contract performance. Guided by the principle of #DoItTheRightWay, the program highlights companies that deliver innovative, effective solutions for the federal government while investing in their people, industry partnerships, and communities.
It recognizes an approach to business that values not only what a company delivers, but how it operates and grows.
Eight ways to measure a company
Elev8 looks at eight areas that, taken together, describe long-term excellence in GovCon:
- Good Partner
- Growing Talent
- Exemplify Innovation
- Philanthropy
- Industry Engagement
- Efficiency-Driven Teams
- Smart Sustainability Practices
- Investment for Continuous Improvement
Most of these are about people, partnerships, and giving back, not just delivery. That balance is why this recognition means so much to us.
What that looks like at Greystones
We continued to invest in our Soleite™ platform and expand our AI and data capabilities. Greystones was named a 2026 NVTC AI50 Honoree, Soleite Fleet Edge™ was selected as “Awardable” on the CDAO Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. These milestones reflect our continued focus on developing innovative capabilities to address complex mission needs.
Our leaders also continued to contribute to the GovCon and national security communities through industry engagement, thought leadership, and professional recognition. CEO Sheila Duffy was named a DCA Live Rising Star of GovCon and a 2026 IGNITE Powerful Leaders Igniting Digital Technology Honoree. CTO John Mark Suhy spoke at GovTechCon and was named to the Accelerate 125. COO John Hopkin was selected as a panelist for the Doolittle Institute’s Innovation Discovery Event, and VP of Administration Julie Lofreddo was featured in HR Daily Advisor on the future of HR leadership and in Federal News Network on cleared talent retention. These contributions reflect the importance of sharing expertise, building relationships, and helping advance the broader industry.
Our people remain central to our success. We continued to bring talented professionals onto the team while promoting from within and creating opportunities for employees to take on greater leadership responsibilities. Developing talent and recognizing the potential within our own organization are important parts of building a strong, sustainable company.
Why a second year matters
Earning this recognition once was an accomplishment. Earning it for a second consecutive year reinforces our commitment to the principles behind it.
In an industry that demands constant adaptation, we believe long-term success comes from combining technical innovation with strong relationships, capable people, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This recognition encourages us to keep evolving, delivering with integrity, and growing with purpose.
Thank you
This recognition belongs to our employees, partners, and everyone who contributes to the work we do each day. Their dedication and collaboration make our accomplishments possible.
Two years running is a milestone worth celebrating, and a reminder to keep doing it the right way.
