Greystones Group was proud to have our Chief Technology Officer, John Mark Suhy, represent us as a featured panelist at GovTechCon 2025, one of the premier events bringing together government and industry leaders to discuss the technologies shaping the future of public service and national security.
A Vision for Responsible GenAI in Government
On the panel, John Mark shared his perspective on how Generative AI and multi-agent frameworks can transform how federal agencies operate, delivering speed, precision, and resilience in mission-critical environments. He emphasized that government adoption of AI cannot be about “plugging in a model”; it requires:
- Secure deployment within IL4–IL6 environments.
- Agentic workflows tailored to mission needs, not generic outputs.
- Human-in-the-loop oversight to maintain trust and accountability.
Security guardrails and auditing infrastructure should be implemented at the start of any GenAI program to ensure that controls are in place.
Scaling Innovation Responsibly
John Mark also addressed the cultural shift required for adoption. “The technology is here,” he noted, “but success comes from pairing innovation with acquisition agility and a workforce that trusts the tools.”
Looking Ahead
GovTechCon 2025 reinforced that AI is no longer experimental for government, it’s essential infrastructure. As John Mark made clear, Greystones is committed to helping agencies deploy AI responsibly, securely, and at speed.
We’re grateful to GovTechCon for hosting such an energizing exchange of ideas, and proud to see John Mark Suhy spotlighted as one of the leading voices on AI in government.
