Retirement Planning.
401(k) Plan
There are many great benefits to being part of Greystones Group 401(k) plan. It’s easy, convenient and affordable may to accumulate the money you’ll need for retirement. Our comprehensive retirement package is offered through Slavic Investments. Employees who have reached age 21 are eligible to participate immediately. The company will make a safe harbor contribution equal to 100% of the employee’s salary deferral up to 5% of the employee’s contribution. Participants are 100% vested from date of eligibility.
Training and Development.
Education Assistance
Employees are encouraged to continue their education through our educational assistance plan. Full-time employees who continue their job-related education are reimbursed the cost of approved coursework, tests and certificates up to a maximum of $1,500 per calendar year.
Compensation Incentives.
Employee Referral Bonus
Greystones Group awards bonuses to employees that refer individuals who are hired by the company. A referral bonus is paid to the employee after the referred individual has completed 120 days of employment.
